Über den Autor

Solikin M. Juhro is an Assistant Governor who serves as the Head of Macroprudential Policy Department, Bank Indonesia. He has been extensively involved with macro-monetary policy research and has spoken on academic and central banking issues at various international fora. His current research focuses on central bank policy mix, macroeconomic transformation and digital economy, and frontier issues in economic development. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Airlangga University, Indonesia; a Master’s degree in Applied Economics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA; a master’s degree in Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA; and a doctoral degree in Economics (with cum laude) at the University of Indonesia, Indonesia.

Cicilia A. Harun is currently the Head of Bank Indonesia Research Center (Director) at Bank Indonesia Institute, Bank Indonesia. Her research focuses on macroprudential policy, financial stability, systemic risk, and stress‑testing models. She previously served as personal staff to Indonesia’s Vice President, Boediono. Cicilia was also a guest lecturer at Yale University, a member of the assessment team of Regulatory Consistency Assessment Program of Basel Committee for Bank Supervision (BCBS) for Argentina, and a visiting fellow at the Bank for International Settlements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Institut Teknologi Bandung, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a PhD in Economics from Boston University.

Arnita Rishanty is a Senior Economist at Bank Indonesia. Her areas of expertise include the sustainable economy and finance, climate risks, circular economy, energy transition, sustainable food supply chain, social capital, MSME and sustainable growth. She is a member of the Indonesia Sustainable Standards Board and serves on several international policy task teams, including the NGFS, ASEAN, and G20. She holds a PhD in Circular Economy from the University of Liverpool, UK. She has a master’s degree in Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, City University, London, and graduated from ITS, Surabaya, as an industrial engineer.

Danny Hermawan is a distinguished monetary economist and strategic advisor with over two decades of leadership at Bank Indonesia. An expert in advanced quantitative modeling, he specializes in the critical intersections of digital finance, climate risk, macroeconomic issues and financial stability. His groundbreaking research, published by the IMF, BIS, and top-tier Q1 journals, provides the analytical backbone for high-level central bank policy. A visionary in economic innovation, Danny has architected key national initiatives in cash management and research digitization. Currently, he drives intellectual strategy at the Bank Indonesia Institute, leveraging deep theoretical rigor to chart Indonesia’s sustainable economic pathways.
