Über den Autor

Irina Samoylenko is Candidate of Sciences (Engineering), Associate Professor at Informational Systems Department, Stavropol State Agrarian University, Russia. She received M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Candidate of Sciences in System Analysis, Control and Processing of Information at North-Caucasus Federal University, Russia. She is a member of Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers, Russia. She participated in international conferences and internships in Italy, Turkey, Romania, Serbia and Czech Republic. Irina was a participator of Russian-Vietnam grant.  Her research interests include wireless sensor networks, optimization tasks, IoT in agriculture. Irina has been an Editor of various international conferences from publishing houses including Springer, Institute of Physics, American Institute of Physics etc. She has publications in reputed international journals, such as Ad-Hoc, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Computer Communications, etc.

Toshpulot Rajabov has obtained his Ph.D. and DSc in Botany from Institute of Botany at the Academy of Sciences in Uzbekistan. Currently he is a Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnology and Food Security at Samarkand State University. He received several international scholarships as DAAD, GRO-LRT and Fulbright. He is a Chairman of the Defense Committee for dissertations in Biological Sciences. He is a member of the Society for Rangeland Management in the USA.

Xuejun Li has obtained his Ph.D. and DSc in Crop Genetics and Breeding from the College of Agronomy at Northwest A&F University (China) and currently he is the Dean of the College of Agronomy at Northwest A&F University. Serves as the Dean of the College of Agriculture at Northwest A&F University. He is the chairman of the Crop Science Committee of the School. He served as a director of several academic societies including the Chinese Society of Crop Sciences.
