Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore is presently working as Professor-CSE & Director of Research and International Relations, IES University, Bhopal, Director, KK Consultancy Services, Jaipur, and also running his own establishment Shree KKarni Universe College, Jaipur (in partnership). He is Membership Chair, ACM Jaipur Chapter, and Past Chairman, CSI Jaipur Chapter. Having Teaching Experience of 22+ Years, Former Professor – CSE and & Director – Out Reach, JECRC, Jaipur, 5 Patents published, 20 PhD Supervised, published 94 Research Papers and 10 Books, Edited 12+ Conference Proceedings with Scopus/SCI indexing and associated as Editor & Reviewer in some reputed Journals, Received 20+ National and International Awards of Repute. His core research areas include Internet Security, Cloud Computing, Big Data, and IoT. He has organized and participated 25+ National & International Conferences of repute.

Dr. Zdzislaw Polkowski is professor of WSG University Bydgoszcz and Rector’s Representative for International Cooperation, professor of UJW and Rector’s Representative for International Cooperation and Erasmus+ Program at the Jan Wyzykowski University Polkowice, Poland. Also, he Since 2019 he is also Adjunct Professor in Department of Business Intelligence in Management, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and The Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra, Poland. Moreover, he is a visiting professor in University of Pitesti, Romania, Swami Sahajanand School of Management, Bhavnagar, India and adjunct professor in Marwadi University, Swami Sahajanand College Of Commerce & Management, Bhavnagar, India. He is the former dean of the Technical Sciences Faculty during the period 2009 -2012 at UZZM in Lubin. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and Management from Wroclaw University of Technology, Post Graduate degree in Microcomputer Systems in Management from University of Economics in Wroclaw and Post Graduate degree IT in Education from Economics University in Katowice. Also, he obtained an Engineering degree in Computer Systems in Industry from Technical University of Zielona Gora. He has published more than 159 papers in journals, 35 conference proceedings, including more than 65 papers in journals indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, IEEE.

Nilanjan Dey (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech., M.Tech. in information technology from West Bengal Board of Technical University and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, in 2005, 2011, and 2015, respectively. Currently, he is Associate Professor with the Techno International New Town, Kolkata and a visiting fellow of the University of Reading, UK. He has authored over 300 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences and 40 authored books. His research interests include medical imaging and machine learning. Moreover, he actively participates in program and organizing committees for prestigious international conferences, including World Conference on Smart Trends in Systems Security and Sustainability (WorldS4), International Congress on Information and Communication Technology (ICICT), International Conference on Information and Communications Technology for Sustainable Development (ICT4SD) etc.
